The fletcher card drop locations

So after in 3.0 whats are drop locations for it? Im trying to figure out where to farm the cards as ssf. I know they drop in from cemetery boss, but its terrible farm since its hard to sustain running same map all the time, so i was wondering if archer boss in the climb still drops it, due to difficulty removal
