Twice Enchanted bug

hey i was running uber lab with a buddy in a party, and i got the darkshrine twice enchanted (first darkshrine in the run).
as soon as i entered the final izaro fight my buddy crashed and DCd, i killed izaro and lo and behold i didn't get twice enchanted. i could only enchant one time.

this was the darkshrine, not the prophesy.

Same. Happen to me. BTW the darkshrine twice blessed can't be stacked rite? cause i got three twice blessed during running a single uberlab
