Pretty straight forward: Get a nice PDPS axe,upgrade every 10 levels or so, move as quickly as possible to 5 and then 6 link. Most of the survivability is due to the damage so you need the axe/ links to kill as quickly as possible.
Ascendancy is standard: Get pain reaver ASAP, then go for aspect of carnage and close with COS.

If you can't afford solid jewels for the extra jewel slots then just go for more life from the wheel. VAAL Pact is critical for post 78 content as it gets hairy without it.

I think for the bleed you have to get a Disfavour(I actually used chance to bleed gem instead of MAIM before it). Leveling till about 93 I did not have the 6L Belly of the Beast/Kaom's and just had a 50C 6L I bought at 70. I think for end game content the extra life from Belly is key but someone skilled enough could probably do it without the extra 600 HP(though I didn't try). I did Shaper with both Belly and Kaom's, I prefer Kaom's.

Not feasible: Physical Reflect, No Life Leech

Elemental Reflect(Swap hatred with haste), Temp Chains are fine


Guardians:
Straight forward only Chimera when he disappears while attacking should be a bear, otherwise I killed the rest deathless(easy mods though to get them deathless)


Shaper:
Beam: I get out of the way and temp chain him on beam but you can face tank through flask
Golden Projectiles: Facetank
Slam: RUN
Portal: Easy
Ensure you drop the totem(if you have) for culling near end; other people put it on golem which is prob even better


Uber Atziri:
For Uber Atziri I had to drop most the bleed for life as I just wasn't skilled enough to do it with 2H and ~8000 life. I think its possible if you are more talented then I am but leap slam is not optimal for this fight. At ~8600 health though, I can navigate clean and can usually do her on 1/2 deaths. The key to completing the fight is lightning trap on split phase and go for one nearest door, if thats mirror goto the right of that one. Watch the video to see it in action but 2H Sunder Uber Atziri can be done well.
