Strongbox bug

I had gotten a Gemcutter's strongbox today and it had the modifier "Drops 4 extra Silver Coins"... I thought this was weird so I tried it out and to my dismay (but not surprise), I didn't get any Silver Coins.
In case it matters, I'm in Act 6, and I was in the Mud Flats. Last bumped on Sep 21, 2017, 11:32:28 AM

Do you have a screenshot of the mods on it?
