Twice Enchanted after Death fulfilled

Hello,
I died at the last Boss fight in lab and was watching my mate at deadscreen... My mate killed the Boss and the Twice Enchanted prophecy was fulfilled! Hello?...I was dead! how can it be fulfilled for me? Pls fix that! Last bumped on Sep 21, 2017, 11:50:05 AM

It is 'fulfilled' (it triggers) when you enter the Aspirant's Plaza.
