Cannot leave map

Couldn't leave my beachhead map (failed to join instance / disconnect from server) but I was still able to loot and kill monsters.
Having to empty my inventory I was forced to leave game.
When I came back to my hideout the instance was gone, leaving me without the ability to do the beachead boss :(

Your Hideout instance crashed. When you logged out, and went to your hideout it created a new instance of your hideout. One that didn't have portals to your map. Nothing that can be done. It happens.
