Stash tab

Hello I got few premium stash tabs already and I can see clearly they are bigger than standard ones but I have seen some video on youtube and some dude had huge stash tab. His items were so tiny in it because of so many slots. How do I enlarge tabs? Can I join them somehow to make one big one ?

No. The huge tabs are the Quad tabs, which you can buy in the MTX shop also. They are not the same thing as the regular Premium tab. There is no way to combine or upgrade existing tabs to quad tabs.
