Make a new thread or reply to an existing one. In the top-left corner you see the name of your character you have in the game. Click on that. This will open an overlay. Navigate to the item you want to show and click on that. Close the overlay with the cross in the top right corner.
A very useful item I have in my stash somewhere: Don't read my signature!
