E-mail changing doesn't work

So basically I want to change my e-mail because I no longer have access to it.
And I can't get an unlock code and therefore can't play.

But trying to change it through the site doesn't seem to work because I never get an e-mail to the new e-mail account.

Please help Support guys :0 <3
There is a link "CONTACT SUPPORT" at the top of your screen. I hope they can do something for you.
