increased duration should be leveled to 20, to get maximum duration on immortal call.

cast when damage taken should be kept low, so the amount of damage used to trigger the gem is low. the higher the level of CWDT, the more damage you have to take before it triggers. immortal call should be leveled high enough so that CWDT will trigger it.

Also Immortal Call only gains increased duration if you're consuming endurance charges as you level it up, so there really isn't any reason to level it if you never have endurance charges.

A question ....have you test your build in uber atziri? ... Can you try it?. It would be wonderful this build will be able to kill uber atziri.....A VIDEO if you get it.!!!

I haven't tried uber atziri - I was able to do Vaal Temple trio, but because I'm bad at playing i went through all 6 portals on that. I think the build should be able to do uber atziri if you have good mechanics (i.e. you're good at positioning and dodging and stuff).

Atm level 61 ...... it look likes work fine ....in some bosses too much risky ..but ...i cant talk yet.

How important is Point Blank to this build? The whole idea of chaining Ice Shot to take down large groups of monsters seem to make Point Blank counter indicated...
Point blank adds a TON of barrage damage for boss killing. Plus, the downside is mostly mitigated by lioneye glare's Far Shot (which is the opposite of Point Blank), so it's not as bad as it sounds for ice shot.

Hmm, okay. What about Elemental Override? That doesn't seem to fit either since it is a crit triggered skill and this isn't a crit build. I see 9% crit on your build in PoB. Or am I misunderstanding something?
With the high aspd we have and EO's 8 second uptime, we only need/want one crit every 8 seconds minimum for 100% EO uptime - any more than that is a waste (since EO removes your crit multi). From the Elemental Overload wiki page: "Elemental Overload is best allocated on characters that do not invest in critical strike but still deal critical strikes occasionally."

PoB has a 9.7% crit chance with 3.86 attack rate on barrage, which means that 1-(1-0.097)^(3.86*8)= 95.7% uptime for EO assuming you're attacking for the full 8 seconds. You can get slightly more crit chance on gear for a more likely EO proc chance, but it's usually "good enough" at what we have it. You could also just throw in a diamond flask which would increase the 95.7% uptime to 99.8% uptime.
Cool. Thanks for your replies. One last (maybe) thing. How do you deal with all the skills you have in the build? Barrage, Ice Shot, Frost Bomb, Hatred, Herald of Ice, Decoy Totem, Blink Arrow, Lightning Golem...

That's nine skills for eight key binds, seven if you prefer to have left click be movement only. How do you handle this?
