This is one of the worst unique item suggestions I have ever seen. This item is silly. Good thing it will never be added xD

I'd add a downside like " cannot evade/dodge attacks and spells"
And change the bosses line to "when unique monsters are nearby". But still not fond of this idea... "Metas rotate all the time, eventually the developers will buff melee"
