Can't enter the sity of sarn after vaal kill

hi, i've killed vaal several times now, still can't enter the sity of sarn, i get a error msg "Unable to Mapviewoffile in Mapchunk Error code: 8 offset" after that a bunch of numbers then Size: and more numbers. Any help would be great. Thank you for your time.

Have you tried turning it off, and back on again?
