Majority of the tabs result in desktop crash

This seems to have been an issue since the latest patch, checking my stash, inventory, trying to create a new character, even trying to adjust graphical settings all seem to instantly crash the game, however I can still log in on existing characters and play them?

Need help with this one, I even reinstalled the game but it's still doing it.
