Missing the key on the keyboard and pressing W instead of 2 in an Atziri fight with an RF character. Ended up deactivating my Purity of Fire instead of gulping a potion... with predictable results :D Good thing I'm playing SC.
Fuck master rotas. Fuck any kind of rotas, for that matter.

Lot of stupid dead ... particulary with fast bleeding ...
A pathetic one ? Yesterday, after putting some new "wonderful" stuff (helm with uber lab enchant, up significantly life and dps, ...), go in a T13 map (133/87), with dangerous mod (enfeeble, EW, ...), but nothing no doable. Was really confident ... After the first pack, just calling a mate ... An other one ? Jump in a habringer pack to activate fortify, discover that i can't leech enough, clicking furiously on my life potions keys keybord, and died miserably ... I think i'm too confident in this game :) And last one, not a retarded death, but the one of my salty moment in POE : Was in previous league. In map, take a town portal (full stash). When come back in map, a single trash mob arrive just behind me. Killing it, and wow it drop a reliquary key ! Excited, i miss click on the ... last portal ... nearby the key ... Have you ever lain dead in your HO? However you do it, it is always kind of stupid ;).
Not sure it is possible without self-damaging like Scold's though. It is certainly possible though to die while portaling. Did today, but I was alive again immediately in the HO, but the XP was lost (died to heavy area chaos damage while portaling out of a map after killing the boss). Saltiest was when I died to two roombas in a trial with a HC toon. That was just plain stupid of me (freaked out, ran in the wrong direction). Remove Horticrafting station storage limit.
