i wonder how u fully shock shaper with only 200K dmg per arrow per hit.
to fully shock shaper u need to deal 10% of is total life has pure lighting DMG so u would need a 2M lightning hit to fully shock him to be able top put it on POB. " Vinktars does apply the shock bigger shock. I know its not the full dmg boost but as long as PoB dont give us an option to show the real damage of its shock I decide to go with it. I know that vinktar apply a shock but its only 10% or 14% if u apply flask effect to it, nothing like that 50% that POB give n the difference is massive. But ty for ur honest answer at least u know about it.
