Tukohama's Vanguards no longer summon multiple totems at a time while spectred, and the duration of their totems has been lowered to 5 seconds (from 10). They are less likely to place additional totems while they have at least one totem.

Wickerman Righteous Fire damage has been lowered while spectred. These monsters were using a version of Righteous Fire not intended for spectres, and were dealing significantly more damage than intended as a result. This change brings them in line with other spectres who use Righteous Fire.

FREAKING HUGE NERFS!!!
TV's totem timer shortened by 50%, and Wickerman's RF damage is lowered 75%! wtf with all these not needed nerf?! what build to go now???

WM only have 25% of basedmg after patch? That's true?
Wickerman nerf may be important since if it's reduced, mapping will definitely be affected.

TV nerf seems confusing. Do the TVs will refuse to place their totems so you mostly have 1 totem at boss fight? It fits well with the reduced timer from 10s to 5s. If so, no longer 3-4 totems firing anymore and it will be a huge nerf.

We will some real field test.
I know this doesn't provide anything right now but from the post Chris just had about the notes.

From what I overhear in the office, the new Abyss Jewels are "outrageously powerful for summoners" and can roll "so much crazy shit".

The exact wording in the patch notes is:

Wickerman Righteous Fire damage has been lowered while spectred. These monsters were using a version of Righteous Fire not intended for spectres, and were dealing significantly more damage than intended as a result. This change brings them in line with other spectres who use Righteous Fire.

How much the damage was lowered was not stated in the patch notes. Not sure where this assumption of a 75% reduction is coming from.

What other spectres use rf? and what's their damage compared to wickermen? From the patch notes, they were nerfed to their level, so it shouldn't be hard to get an educated guess of the size of the nerf right?

not difficult to check other monsters stat which also casts RF, next monster second to wickerman has around 26% of wickerman's RF damage

You kept telling about 'nerfed into the ground', so far we have a nerf for Tukohama's Fortress variation of TVs (which isn't really important) and a yet-unknown decrease of damage of Wickerman (which was absurdly over the top and destroyed any pack in milliseconds, while having a very small radius, which resulted in T16 clearspeed being the same as T1 clearspeed, which is both a good and a bad thing at once). Not sure how that's even remotely 'nerfed into the ground'. That's something that describes VP a lot more :^)

Just look at other things this guy has posted in this thread and everything will become clear

get ready for some really bad news on Thursday... :( From an insider, spectres will be less effective than zombies in 3.1. Well, had great fun while it last. so long.

Finally we took the hit. offerings only effect us 50% now, with that nerf we will not be using charging anymore so that's a indirect nerf for no fortify. overall, huge survivability hit!

Some logical thinking there, unfortunately...

We don't know of any other creatures that use Righteous Fire. Burning Miscreations also use Unrighteous Fire, however even if they are comparable, we don't know their damage output for a baseline. One of the challenges since 3.0 was released is that the monster damage output values were obfuscated in the back end.
