According to the guide on that horribly cancerous website the video links to, it's a +arrows bow like Reach of the Council or Death's Opus as well as the +1 arrow from the Deadeye Ascendancy.

" Fixed the link for you. It's not that hard, really. Just use the url feature. As for the main question, it's all there, explained in the video. 1 arrow default, +2 from bow or lmp gem, +1 from ascendency. You can even get beyond that with +1 from quiver corruption and +1 from bow corruption if you wanna go there. I make dumb builds, therefore I am.

Lol yea literally right after I posted this thread I ran the 2nd lab and figured it out....thanks guys this forum is really good
