pyre ring questions.. please help

okay so.. the new pyre ring is only 40% damage converted to fire..

if i wear two does it stack to 80%?




and as far as elemental equilibrium.. im useing ice storm.. does it hit for the fire and cold damage at the same time?? and if so what is the outcome of the resistances then

Yep. No reason it shouldn't. If they wanted them not to stack, they would say "grants X" where X is the name of an ability that converts the damage. You can't get X twice if it's an ability.
