Stuck quest "Find Zana at the Templar Laboratory"

SOLUTION: kick zana out of your ho. Talk to her in templar lab. Click "introduction" option. She will give you maps. If she doesnt give you maps, find a player who has this quest working properly, and do the map with him (in his quest).
Why bother finding a Mirror of Kalandra if it can be [Removed by Support]
Killing the Elder or Shaper while following someone's build is like finding a street using google maps - such an achievement! |

I started playing again after 2 years or so with my level 89 Templar and Zana is not there. One solution above is "kicking Zana out of my ho" - What does "Ho" stand for?
