Failed to create swap chain for Hwnd

I have got the same Problem when taping out and back into the game!!

if i play POE in DX 9ex it runs without tihis bug.
Some has a solution for DX11??

I am also getting this error now. Have been playing the league fine for several months, nothing new with my computer or anything. Game is totally unplayable for me now.

Have you guys maybe windows 10 on your computers? It seems to be a problem with DX11 since last microsoft update..

On new user, on the same PC it seems to work fine.. (till first run, after first run still same error) I don't know which settings i should reset to default (or copy paste from new user) to work on old user, its annoying to relogin all time.
Any suggest?

I reinstalled all drivers, all visual studio / c++, frameworks - same shit :)

Yup, and considering we need a website to navigate for trading, it will keep happening, to me as well...

For the tabbing issue do you play in fullscreen mode?
If yes, try playing in windowed fullscreen.
