[3.0] Ultra cheap BM Chieftain Fireball 30K+ Ignite DOT

Hello everyone, this is my Ultra cheap Bloodmagic Chieftain Fireball build.
With just 1 required unique (which happens to be rather cheap) and a lvl 20/20 fireball gem you can reach 100% ignite chance and 30k+ Ignite DOT. However this isnt the limit, if invested more into it, the build can reach a much higher DOT, albeit with alot higher gear cost. LEVELLING TIPS If you choose to lvl with this build from the start, expect your DOT to reach 30K around lvl 80-85, up until you can use searing touch at lvl 60 you can use any wand or staff that grants fire damage %. EQUIPMENT What you need is simply a 5L Searing Touch (the new version with no spelldamage on it), the rest of your gear can be adjusted however you want, although gear with fire damage % is preferred if you wish to increase your DOT even more, just dont forget life and resistances on your gear. FLASKS For flasks you can pick whatever you wish, no required flasks other than a good life flask :D AURAS For auras, you can either choose to use flammability manually or run it as a blasphemy aura, up to you, other than that, no auras required. SUPPORTS The supports for Fireball you need is the following: Burning Damage Support Swift Affliction Support Deadly Ailments Support Ignite Proliferation Support ( if you do not have a 5L you can skip this gem, however you will have less clearspeed ) SECONDARY SETUP Other than the fireball setup you need a spell that has a high base crit chance, for example Ice Spear (which has 7%) and then link it to Increased Critical Strikes Support, this is to trigger Elemental Overload. whichever skill you pick to trigger elemental overload is up to personal preference. BANDITS I choose to kill them all (+2 passive points) PASSIVES This is the passive allocation for the build, it might not have an excessive amount of life in it, but you shouldnt have any problems reaching 5K health if you get life on all your gear (6k if you happen to have a kaoms heart) which is good enough, since we are a caster build. You set down a decoy totem (or any other totem you wish), simply staying near this totem grants you an extra 4K DOT at around lvl 80-85, after cursing them with flammability you then use your secondary spell to trigger elemental overload and then finally proceed with shooting them with the Fireball spell, this will maximize your DOT damage, it might be a bit clunky but skipping the elemental overload drops your DOT by 6K.
If you have any questions, ask away and i will try to answer them when i see them. PS. The DOT stated above is when Elemental Overload is active, when you are standing near your totem and you have cursed them with flammability, if any of these 3 are missing the DOT will be significantly lower. PSS. Yes im aware that flameblast has a better scaling for ignite DOT, however, it also has an atrociously high mana/life cost when 5L/6L, we'r talking 280 mana/life cost per second at stage 10 compared to fireballs 80 mana/life per cast. Eh ignite was pretty much dumpstered into oblivion. My BA Chieftain after dot changes has 5k ignite dps with new skill tree and gems. It can't even kill magic mobs in T10 maps faster than 10 seconds. Instead of doing better work at ignite balance they released a lot of poison based uniques. Mind blows.
