Here the PackCheck error:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile>PackCheck Content.ggpk
Checking pack file Content.ggpk...
Fatal error: The pack file has corruption that can be fixed by running reclamati
on
oh c'mon have to download 5.29gb now.
hi,

yesterday after downloading everything again all was ok.
but now again -.-

C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile>PackCheck.exe
Checking pack file Content.ggpk...
Fatal error: The pack file has corruption that can be fixed by running reclamati
on

Isn't there a solution?

Please answer i'll not download everything again and again and again -.-
If running PackCheck doesn't fix it, I believe it is beyond repair. I recommend deleting Content.ggpk, plugging in a LAN-cable (not wifi) and downloading it again, possibly overnight when you don't use your computer. It should be a lot faster with downloading, now that not the entire world tries to download the game at exactly the same time, as was happening with the release of open beta. Using a LAN-cable makes the connection a lot faster and furthermore the connection is a lot more stable (making faults in the data a lot less likely).

A trick I used to do is saving a copy of a working Content.ggpk somewhere. If something like this happens and you can't repair it, you can replace your Content.ggpk with that backed up file. Of course it is outdated, but it is a lot easier to download a couple of patches than the whole game.

well ok thank you. From now on i'll keep the backups,
downloading 5.x gb everytime is annoying ...

let's see if it works then.
Oh, nearly forgot, but the sticky about common problems has the following text:

This is often caused by a corrupted pack file. Your first step would be to run the Pack Check. If that fails, you’ll need to remove the content.ggpk file and reinstall the game. If a fresh copy of the game is still having errors, this usually means that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is sending you a corrupted copy of the game files that they have cached. Downloading the game on another system and copying it over would be your best bet. Please email chris@grinding-gear.com with the name of your ISP, and we'll try and figure out which provider has bad cached copies of the game.

Edit: PDoughboy has come up with a guide on how to work around some of the problems caused by your ISP. You can find this guide here.
