Ah man I'm jealous of your gear. Glad you like the build!

I really do suggest a belt of the deceiver, though, even late game. Your belt gives a lot of defenses, but the 30% reduced extra damage taken on crit is pretty hard to beat when the only thing that kills us is one shots. Plus free intimidate.

Is Throatseeker worth more than Method to the Madness? Seems like the base increase would be more damage overall from MttM. But, I'm no builder and have no idea how to use PoB, so pure speculation.

Ah, Dark Pact is a skill gem. I believe you meant Vaal Pact, which is not being used in the PoB tree because the PoB build is the final version, which includes Atziri's Acuity. This is a unique item that renders Vaal Pact redundant, and thus allows you to deallocate those points to invest in more life.

BM is a solution to a problem that this build doesn't have. It would also stop us from using MoM, which is how we counteract the 10% extra damage taken from berserker, as well as additional damage reduction.

Method to the Madness takes 6 points to get to (if we have acuity) and gives us a DPS increase of 8.4%. Throatseeker takes us 3 points and gives us a DPS increase of 13.0%, assuming you're judicious with your diamond flask.
