6L Carcass will raise your DPS.

You're not tanky because Kaom's Roots is killing half of your defense (all of your evasion) and you're not stacking armor besides your shield, boots, and maybe helm if you're sticking with Devotion. Devotion doesn't add any Life; Binding will make you move like a snail because you're running Kaom's Roots and will have a hard time avoiding skill shots unless you have an incredible reaction time. Try using Enfeeble instead of Assassin's Mark. Your resistances are immaculate though.

still working on shaper, feel like i need a little more burst damage for final stasge

I´m following this build (current version) and I do not understand why my toons DPS is far far away from OP´s damage (in PoB). Maybe someone can have a look into this and can help or explain what I’m doing wrong.
Please excuse my english, I’m not a native english speaker.

I have:
- almost the same gear
- exactly the same three (without „Revenge of the Hunted“ Wheel)
- similar Jewels

Notable differences:
- I haven´t the helm enchant (40% DP Damage)
- I haven´t the 21st level on my DP gem

Here are the numbers from within PoB:
OPs „Average Hit“: 150K
OPs „Total DPS“: 700K

My „Average Hit“: 52K
My „Total DPS“: 263K

When I remove the differences (RotH Weel, Helm (completely) and Gem-Lvl to 20) in OP’s PoB he has still 126K / 598K.

Huge difference!

Has it something to do with a wrong configuration of PoB?
I´m not very experienced in the configuration of PoB.
After importing my char`s „passive three and jewels“ and „items and skills“ into PoB I have done/changed the following things:
- Bandit: ALIRA
- Main Skill: Dark Pact
- Checkmarked the Flasks in TAB „items“ (like OP)
- Checkmarked the 6 boxes in TAB configuration „when in combat“ (like OP)
- Checkmarked the box in TAB configuration „for effective DPS“ (like OP)

Why has OP 3 times as much „average hit“ and „Total DPS“ as I have?

Don't worry, it's just a configuration thing.

The OP Pastebin is kinda "faked" with too many buffs/debuffs. (super-full wither stacks and so on). If you disable the Wither-Links from OPs Pastebin the dps output gets more reasonable (55-65k per hit).

Shaper is more an experience/movement fight than a pure DPS Check. As a Shaper-Noob it took some trys for me learning the fight, but then it was easily doable with around 250k Pastebin DPS for me.

That explains it!
Disabling Wither reduces the Hits from 148K to 65K. In my Build only from 52K to 48K.

Where can I see with how much Wither stacks OP has calculated? Can´t find it in PoB.

Is there somewhere a PoB guidance that will explain such things that I´m able to find out if a build is calculated seriosly?

First of all, this is berz, why is your damage so low? Your current build shows 700k~ dps which is pretty bad for berz (even lower on shaper) And perfect one only 2kk+.

I've made Dark pact occultist, without Vaal pact and acuties, but with instant life recovery. Currently lvling it. By lvl 91 should be 6,5k life, 4kk dps with shield or 4,5kk with second wand.

Please, don't take me wrong, I love building and people who are doing this. Just genuinely curious on low dps.

It has to do with sacrificing Offense for more Defense. 6.5k Life seems pretty low, but it's a trade-off. You can stack enough offense to ignore boss mechanics, or stack enough defense to ignore boss mechanics. The best defense is a good offense? I dunno. Depends on player preference and style. As long as you can do end-game content, that's really all that matters.
