New Char lost the hardcore league

Hey there ferrersp,

Unfortunately we don't have the ability to track individual deaths.
It is likely that you died as a result of de-sync/lag and simply did not see the death occur.
I understand it's really frustrating to lose a hardcore character, especially when it's due to a server issue outside of your control.
During the beta there are several issues that we need to fix that may result in deaths like this. Again, I'm really sorry and we expect to have these problems sorted out soon.
