Been running this build as you have been updating it and i gotta say its a lot of fun and pretty strong. I mean i cleared Act at level 18. It was just nuts. And once i was able to cast while channeling stormburst my power explode d. Love the build and look forward to keeping up with it. Also you have been very responsive to any questions I have in regards to the build. Also this build does not require unique gear which makes it extremely easy for newer players to play without having to break open their piggy bank.

Storm burst needs an GMP - it gives a 200% more damage modifier (going from 2 to 6 balls), since the less projectile damage doesn't matter for the explosions. A level 1 does the job if dexterity starved.

Ball lightning covers more area then, making it less likely white mobs escaping or later better breach mass clearing.

Faster casting gives no synergy to ball lightning, so an elemental focus as fifth link will be better here boosting both?
