Getting this on both the D.C. and Texas US servers from New York, already burned two Offerings on today's Uber Lab since the game seemed to know when I was fighting Izaro and threw the worst packet loss at me during fights with him. Same here. Completely fine before the launch of 3.0. I'm going to run a tcpdump tomorrow to see what's going on. Has anyone tried doing a complete uninstall and re-install of 3.0?
