The storm blade quest

I don't know why GGG suddenly decided to change their design philosophy, but for this quest I am fairly sure you actually have to talk to NPCs to proceed, based on me completing it once (on a character that already got the skill point).

Step 1. Try to find the entrance to The Oasis in the Vastiri Desert - it will be blocked by a sandstorm. There will be a quest popup when you walk close to it.

Step 2. Talk to Sin

Step 3. Talk to Petarus and Vanja. They should give you a bottled storm if you already turned in the Storm Blade.

Step 4. Walk up to the sandstorm and it will go away. You can then enter The Oasis and hunt for a scorpion with a woman for a stinger.
