The storm blade quest

I did quest and I suppose to get reward from perandus and vanja. But I got nothing. It suppose to be skill point. My quests still says talk to them for reward but they have no reward option.

Yeah just noticed also.
Made the screenshot after restaring, wasn't there before. |
