Unexpected downside is no one is crafting saintly chainmail or astral plate with int and life, so you have to do that yourself.

The only issue I've had so far up to tier 8 maps is the very rare lack of life on a boss that gives its minions charges.

just confused about gems and links for Whispering ice.
you say in levelling guide to: Your staff should be at least 4S: Scorching Ray - CwC, CE, EF. But in link section you seem to prioritize scorching - CwC cold to fire and fire pen before CE and EF. You also use those in your gear shown at level 39. which should I go for? I have a 4l right now and I used Scorch + CwC and then CE and Cold to fire (im level 57 so I converted to fire) | |
