Can somone redpill me on Perandus signet? You only get like 100 int from it. Wouldn't a rare ring with like 80 health and 60int be alot better.

The answer is no, right? I'm doing this build and from what I understand it's a level 1 scorching ray and all of the damage is from the ice storm.

Since, Warlord is taken out after Cloaked IN Savagery. What other Setup can I go with the Whispering Ice Build? Anyone have any other 4 Links. Im' thinking of Investing in kaoms Plate as well.

I was wondering, wouldn't Doedre's Elixir (https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Doedre%27s_Elixir) work with this build?
You deal 10% damage to yourself (Plus 10% from Aspect of Carnage) which procs the 100% leech and the 50% more damage from Cloaked in Savagery.
