I added some resitances to the rares. Basically T2/T3 rolls, not even GG rolls.

I prefer Hiero cause the flat mana and 10% from mana taken helps with the large mana pool.
In addition the 30% of max mana added as ES is a nice dmg buffer aswell.
And lastly 40% inc. AOE on gloves is nice for the dash AOE.

That "cap" is only for normal difficulty though right? I might be wrong since I'm a total noob to PoB but that's how I thought it worked. (I was wrong)

The DPS is quite below yours but I have gone for a more aoe focused version without controlled distruction and conc. effect and some more focus on life with mostly rares, though I suppose I might have created a bit optimistic rares. Check it out if you want to!

It will be interesting to see how it all shakes out.

You are wrong, PoB calculates already the -60 base value.

So as long as i get some T2/T3 resis it should look fine, even ele. weakness seems possible.

If you go to the "Calcs" tab and mouseover the resis on the right side you can see how it is calculated.
