Looks good enough, but i have some stupid idea...
Does hits from orb of storms count as your hits? If so, wear Pandemonius amulet and use two Dyadus axes instead of the bow. +3 lvl to Scorching ray gives like 38% more dmg, while 2 axes will give 200% more, if i understand the mechanics of scorching ray correctly. To argue with a fool means to sink to his level.

I know that scorching ray doesnt hit.
Pandemonius says: "all your hits chill enemies for 1 second" Dyadys says: "enemies, chilled by you, take 100% increased burning damage" Damage from scorching ray is burning (says PoE wiki). To argue with a fool means to sink to his level.

It makes some sense. So... in life version Dyadyses can be viable choice. A good league starter, i guess... you need only Pandemonius to make build work. I mean: counting only expensive gear. Pandemonius and Tabula, may be...

Checked your Shaper vid. Shield recharge is pretty good, but dmg is a little bit low (enough, but can be better).
You can try to find a socket for arcane surge support. May be instead of increased critical chance gem. It will give you around 13% more spell damage and cast speed, which will allow to stack ray faster. To argue with a fool means to sink to his level.

" " Yes damage is not high in this build, but the power of build is the es recharge + occultist. At the moment char is naked in standard, so i can't try it.
