Quest Bug for Spear and Spider

While doing the quest to obtain the spear from Weaver in the jungle, I looted the spear to have it dissapear from my inventory. It did not consider my quest complete, and it was nowhere to be found after I left and returned.

This is a known problem with picking up items when you have no inventory space - They can occasionally vanish if they can't find a good space to land again. We have it on our list to fix, but until then, you'll have to reset the instance and try to get the spear again.
