problems with waypoint crashes

Hi, my char (GaletoBR) have problem to enter in mud flats or lower passage. Everytime i try use wp, loading screen take a long long time and my accout logout.

I got the 3 itens to open lower passage... and when i click to enter, the same thing. Loading .................... logout.

Its happening only with this char of my two. What can i do ?
