Righteous Fire gets huge AOE accidently

I wanted to equip my Forceshield Disciplin and after hitting the Button, so it gets used on the current Character instead of the other one, it didnt equip but the visual of Righteous Fire got huge, but the range of the Damage stayed the same. Maybe it was a One-Time Thing. I didnt tried it again after exit the Instance and rejoin, but i would appreciate it if you would look into it.

Also as you can see on the picture I have the Divine RF MTX near around me but it didnt effect the ring further out. When i exit the Instance and rehoin it, then activate RF it functions as it should.
