Borderline unplayable stuttering / fps drops

Look I get that you have issues too, but there's a very real possibility your lag/disconnect issues are unrelated to my stuttering issues. I'm not getting disconnects at all -- only severe stuttering and fps drops. Therefore it might be more constructive for you to to followup on GGG's reply on the thread that you started (if you post WinMTR logs too). These things aren't one-size fits all.

I also realize I posted this on the weekend, so when someone from GGG gets back and sees this, please let me know. Thanks!

Update: Lag spikes have only gotten worse -- in maps, in town, in hideout, everywhere. Also had my first disconnect from server, although that coincided with an especially bad lag spike.
