Character not showing up in Race Ladder

Hi everyone and thank you in advance,

I think the title is quite obvious. I've been playing the two-week turmoil league and I noticed that my character doesn't appear in the ladder. I think this is not the 1st time that something like this happened but I can't remember properly. The character name is Qaeloil.

Of cource with all the race random rewards going on I'm worried this is affecting my chances of actually getting something in case that my character doesn't even appear on the list to be randomized.

I have no idea if I'm posting this on the write place but it wasn't clear for me.
