I just have a question. As of now I love terminus Flicker strike, however I have no idea what the"optimal" flicker striker is. It seems there are dozen of options like terminus, dagger, oros, and what to is the freeze gains frenzy support gem effective. What I'm trying to ask is how is flicker looking in 3.0 and which build seems to be most reliable. Also is slayer always the right choice?

There are tons of options. Quit worrying about "optimal" and go with "good enough". People who worry about "optimal" end up not learning to play the game. They beat it... but they don't learn from it.

You'll become a better player by playing your own ideas rather than following some guide or mathematical model.
