LOL What coincidence is this?

I just updated my D3: RoS and saw this:
 It's same major version as PoE currently is (PoE is .0.2 ahead of D3:RoS). Is it coincidence or not? Is Blizzard lagging behind PoE now and has to play the version number catch up game to look like they give a rats ass about their arpg to their player base? Tin foil hat time while we wait for FoO. :) "You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..." Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration.
