The build can do any and all content without any major problems. I would recommend not to go for Uber Atziri in a hardcore league unless you're feeling very comfortable with the playstyle and knows the ins & outs of the fight. (Uber Izaro is fine).

As chockdoo described, vs bosses where there might not be available corpses for you to Flesh Offer, the desecrate allows you to get that on demand, on top of giving you a good start of a map as well :)

Just a quick question, the "Champion of the Cause" shows about 10% increase in aura radius in PoB calculation. With the node, Hatred + Generosity's radius is 58, without it 53. IMO that 5 radius seems negligible. However, I do know that PoB is PoB, and in actual gameplay, that 5 radius might come in handy.
