That's because in Russia, the employer can exploit his employees however he wants while in the US, there's unions and laws that prevent bad employers from being awful human beings.

I went to that Wikipedia thinking I'd find facts about a guy I never really paid attention to, but its basically a smear piece sourced from left leaning websites. These smaller Wikipedia pages aren't really vetted.
