[3.0] Ice Crash budget (life, elesitor/elepion)

This build is not yet realized, it's more of a place to discuss mechanics details.
The intent is to run an AoE melee character with decent non-crit damage and leech/survivability.
Trees
Elementalist/Inquisitor Elementalist/Champion Inq gets a little better access to. attack speed and crit buffs, champ gets easier access to fortify and a little bit of mitigation. Otherwise, inquisitor and champ are fairly close ascendancy choices.
Mechanics
MoM to build a reasonable health pool without too much investment, leech/fortify for mitigation, Sybil/elementalist to negate reflect.
Equipment
Mandatory: I plan to include Sybil's lament to offset reflect, but the other stats are nice, too. I will need a Praxis ring at first to balance my mana and my life for MoM. A luxury for this build is to increase mana or to vaal the "damage gained as mana" bonus needed to discard Praxis. Kongor's undying rage is not necessary, but it seems to be the best unique 2h available for this build. Doryani's catalyst is an OK 1h choice. Last bumped on Jun 30, 2017, 6:17:12 PM
