Skill Gem Level-up Crash

Twice now I have crashed when attempting to level up skill gems. This has only occurred when I was in full screen mode, and only in the most recent patch, and only on maps where I had used Tempest Shield at some point. I may have also altered the resolution at some point each of these times, but cannot promise that one.

I don't know if any of these specifically caused it, but I did not experience crashes on my Duelist, who did not have Tempest shield, and did not play with in full-screen mode.

The error message automatically closed on me, but I will attempt to recover it if it happens again.

I have the same thing except its whenever im upgrading Glacial Hammer

The crash is caused from upgrading a gem located in your shield while tempest shield buff is in effect. If you just wait until tempest shield wears off to upgrade those specific gems, no crash will occur.
