having issues the last 3 days too, 2/3 league where most of the players left and still having serious issues to play is incredible....

I haven't been able to log and play for more than 2sec. since half of the league now, you either get put into a playable server or a trashcan.

Delve doesn't even work, every time I put my foot there the server goes nuts and it's barely a game, more like a slideshow which ends up with wasted sulphite.

I'm at this point again where I would love GGG come up and say "sorry but that's the fate of the south american servers, we aren't investing in a solution" so I can just move on and stop wasting my time, money and hopes.

I have the best internet provider and service my country has to offer for what is worth, sao pablo server has been a joke since I can't even remember (bestiary I think but don't quote me on that) it's just so frustrating to see everyone else being able to play the game they love and you just log in, check your ping and want to bang your head into the wall.
Have you tried connecting to the DC gateway instead? Using predictive and with that server you should be able to play. With lag, indeed, but with less issues.
Sao Paulo server is not working for me either. But at least DC is allowing me to have fun. I'm playing soft-core because of the instability.

PS: we're doomed if Fibertel is the best ISP a country has to offer, lol!

I'm gonna try predictive and see how it goes, I never tried that, been playing on texas/dc with lag but I still get spikes so...
Well since no one is trying to contact them, i feel like i did my part, contact them in half of last month, the post can be found in page 145 i guess and their answer was

Ok, short on staff ( we have this problem for more than 1 year and a half, but ok )
Now i just sent them another e-mail, asking about a solution, since we are already into 1 week in february, and here is their answer:

Tld: They dont give a single flying fuck for this realm, forget SP Realm or Latin America servers, ggg is shiting and shiting HARD for us, sad what this company that i loved became such a huge bad joke
did you send a winmtr or something? will write them this night or tomorrow , i think a winmtr is useless cause all know that the problem with this gateway isn't a packet loss issue from our homes to the gateway but sometimes if you don't give them some "info" they didn't answer.

Why i would even bother, there are countless of winmtr around here and they did nothing, i mean we are att 151 pages lol, they just dont Care, and their lack of response and solution Just proves that

But why does it have to be this way? I'm a loyal fan, joined at the beginning. Old computer had some issues. Last month I bought a new computer and upgraded my internet.

Game worked for about a week. Now I log on and crash within 2 minutes. I can't play, how can you play when you're limited to 2 minutes? I can barely open and map go in and crash.

I out over a thousand dollars cash, increased my internet, and the result is I cannot play.

BUT,but but, I've got lots of money that I want to spend.

Pointless to invest in a game you can play.
