From 6pm to 11pm our time I'm losing a ton of packets and the connection is terrible even to this website.
Is it my ISP? If it is, what can I say when I contact my support? I have direct contact to the network manager.

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

I started the mtr exactly when the problem was happening. Sometimes it will happen once every hour, sometimes it will be once every 5~10 minutes.

I don't think this is your ISP specifically. It looks like a problem with the brazil internet exchange (ix.br).

I can't see any loss when running this back to you now. It's possible this was temporary.

Still happening to this day. Should I expect anything?
Unplayable now again
One more day of lagging, losing maps for instance crash, realm DC and all kinda of stuffs.
Rubberbanding and DC's happening again :(
Just got dc for no reason, my ISP is stable today, was finishing a t13 stronghold and lost portals and map! so freaking nice, losing currency and time is becoming common if you play in SP
Another day on "Texas Gate" i guess.

On hideout, also wasted 3 portals on shaper because of disconnects
this is fun tho
Unplayable right now, massive ping spikes and constant disconnects

One less shaper...
