Sao Paulo Server latency

Thanks for the MTRs. I've raised this with our host and am awaiting feedback.
The DC has confirmed that there is a problem with one of the providers in Sao Paulo. They're attempting to get in touch to see what the current situation is and what the ETA is on the fix.

We've had an update from the DC.
They've filtered the ASN through a different level 3, which seems to be getting a lower latency.

Any improvement to the bad latency?

Greetings Fitzy,

The last couple of days I've seen a huge improvement, however, occasional disconnects are still occurring, today I had WinMTR ready, and just as one happened, I had this result:

Looks like that is because of packet loss introduced here:

| c91180fd.virtua.com.br - 0 | 25 | 25 | 7 | 23 | 82 | 14 |
| 200.219.139.109 - 24 | 25 | 19 | 17 | 18 | 26 | 18 |

Is virtua your ISP? If so, they should be able to fix this.

Lag spikes again. The same before the change of servers.

Is your ISP/Provider vivo?

3% packet loss is introduced between these two routers:
201.22.78.227.dynamic.dialup.gvt.net.br
152-255-140-45.user.vivozap.com.br

This is probably where the lag spikes are coming from.
We're currently experiencing capacity issues with the gateway, which is contributing to the poor performance people are experiencing. We're working on getting additional capacity ASAP.
I'm adding additional capacity in now, so there should be an improvement over the next half-hour or so.

If you're getting sustained, high latency, there could be some routing issue causing that problem. If you capture a WinMTR to br.login.pathofexile.com, I'll chase up our network provider for a fix.

Been having >180ms from Argentina since 3.0.0. Recently switched to fiber and it improved to ~150ms but still bad. With a bit of googling i found out that ip 89.221.42.185 seems to be from Italy but maybe i'm wrong. Hope it helps.

It looks like routing to Argentina is messed up in some way. I've raised it with the datacenter to see if they can fix it.
The DC has changed to outgoing route to go via another network provider. Do you see any improvement in latency?
