Using Divine orb on legacy items?

The way it generally works is existing mods get new values but new mods are not added.
In the case of the 3.0 cloak, you'd get an improved item but not the complete set of mods and the missing mods would be pretty important. Of course given the relative rarity and the expected popularity, you may find divining a legacy cloak a much cheaper option. |
