help me choose build for first time hardcore

this is first time im gona try hardcore. my pc can lag somethimes like malachai, essences, boxes etc. i need safety and cheap build which can work with low currency and will not destroy my pc. i have played as righteous fire(life) - and leveling was pretty slow (with tenderize and firestorm), and first rf was activated at lvl 65. also ive played ancestral warchief - pretty easy start and cost of build, but very low surv. Help me pls. Also i have a question - why Doryani's Catalyst Vaal Sceptre (for example) costs 5 ex on hardcore and 20 chaos on standard? no one playing hardcore or what?

Yeah nobody is playing perm HC you should join HC legacy. I would stick to some summoner build, probably SRS + some zombies/golem life based with mind over matter.

Everything is more expensive in HC. Dont know why - only play SSF.
No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
