Get new build now or wait for 3.0?

I got a lvl 94 witch, but haven't played it since the days of bladefall mines.
The build is obviously dead now, so i'm wondering if i should get a new build now, or just wait for all the major changes to go through first?
I don't wanna lose lots of currency for a build to just die after patch...so, maybe, there's a cheap and effective witch build for the time being?
